Winchester Country Maintenance Association ANNUAL HOMEOWNER’S MEETING and ELECTION The Winchester Country Board of Directors would like to invite all Homeowners to the annual Association meeting which will be held on Tuesday, June 23rd 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM. This year there will be two Director’s positions open. These positions have a three year term. Anyone interest in running please Contact Ola Guess at SCS Management 281-500-7105. Any members of the Association in good standing who would like more information about becoming a director please feel free to contact any of the current WCMA directors. Please mark your calendars and plan on attending. Note: This meeting is open to homeowners (owners of property) only and holders of validated proxies.
