2019 Pool/Tennis Registration Forms – Card Activation

Attached 2019 WC Pool And Tennis is the new 2019 Pool Activation/Registration Form

This form must be returned to the office before May 1, 2019.  If received after May 1st, there is a $10 late fee.

If you are a homeowner or renter and already have a card, just complete the form and either drop it in the Clubhouse mail slot, mail it or you can email it to wcmaclubhouse@winchestercountry.org.

If you are a new resident, stop by the office, compete the form and you will receive a new card.

If you need a replacement card or additional card, stop by during office hours, complete form and pay a $10 fee.

Reminder - Your HOA dues must me paid and up to date!!!
