Vicki Hamm

I have lived in the neighborhood for 35 years. I work full time as a full charge bookkeeper.   I also volunteered for 12 years at Bang, Cook and JV including Project Prom and have also volunteered in the past at my church.

During my time on the HOA board I have overseen the security. I was instrumental in getting MUD 10 to help pay for our security so that we could add off duty for more added security  I have worked very hard with the Deputy's to make Winchester country one of the safest neighborhoods area.  The deputies and I correspond all the time. We work very well as a team They keep me up to date on what is going on in our subdivision and surrounding neighborhoods  and I have added extra security as needed.

during my time I also over see the pool.  I was able to get a great deal on 19 new lounge chairs for the pool this year and a new table.

I would like your vote to help keep our neighborhood safe and work on getting more new furniture for the pool.

David Lopez Closner

I have been a home owner in Winchester Country subdivision for about 20 years My experience includes 25 years of leadership positions in the insurance and financial sectors and have been an entrepreneur for over 30 years which include establishing a chain of restaurants and financial centers. I am a veteran and proudly served our country for 6 years.

One of my priorities is to protect our home values since our home is the biggest asset most of us have. We need to address problems in the community and take corrective action to make our community a place we feel comfortable and proud to live in. I want to give back to our community and serving on the association's board will allow me to make good decisions that will have a positive impact on everyone.
