Winchester Country Annual Meeting Notice
Dear Resident,
NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF HOMEOWNERS
The Annual Homeowner’s Meeting for the Winchester Country has been scheduled to be held on Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at the clubhouse at 9607 Rio Grande Drive Houston, TX 77064. The purpose of the meeting will be to elect three (1) director and to discuss the business of the Association. The Board encourages all homeowners to attend. Important issues will be discussed and residents’ perspectives are critical.
If you are interested in running for the Board, please complete the enclosed nomination application and return it to FirstService Residential. Nominations will also be taken from the floor on the night of the meeting. There is one position up for election depending on the available position the term may vary.
A quorum (159 households) must be present in order to transact the business of the Association. A quorum may be obtained through your presence at the meeting or by your proxy. Should you be unable to attend, please sign and return the enclosed, postage paid proxy or assign it to someone who will be in attendance.
